Theme Group Buy implements the policy “100% SATISFIED GUARANTEE” for customers. Thereby, customers will be exchanged products or refunded based on the following terms:

1. GENERAL POLICY

In case of unusable, customers need to cooperate for our support. If we are incompetent or unable to provide assistance, you can request a replacement or refund. In case you do not cooperate with us, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund. In addition, the exchange or refund is not applicable for the following cases:

  • The theme or plugin is already licensed. There is no way for us to revoke the license provided, so we also expect customers to sympathize in this case.
  • Other services such as installing themes, get images, …
  • A gift or a exchanged product.
  • Customers are not qualified to use, install or configure.
  • Customers do not like to use or the product does not meet the requirements of customers for reasons not fully research before making a purchase. When purchasing any product, we recommend that you research carefully before making a purchase. So in this case, the best solution for you is to change another product as specified above.

2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Only apply to the product is WordPress theme or plugin.
  • Not apply to products that theme or plugin has been licensed. Please understanding because we cannot revoke the license provided.
  • Not applicable to other services such as theme installation, others purchase on your behalf, etc
  • Not applicable to the gifted products.
  • The product(s) must be exchanged within 07 days from the date of order completion.
  • Theme Group Buy will support product exchange for 01 times within 7 days from the date of order completion.
  • Customers can only exchange products which price is equal or less than the purchased product(s). If the price of the product(s) is cheaper, the difference will not be refunded. If the customer wants to exchange for a more expensive product, then the difference will be paid by customers.
  • The price of the product(s) is the same at the time the customer makes the payment. Product(s) with original price (if discounted) or new price (if any) will not be applied at the time of exchanging product(s).

3. REFUND POLICY

Before requesting a refund, you must contact us and provide specific information that you encounter, and you need to give us a reasonable time (at least 24 hours from the time we receive support request) to help you fix your issue. In some cases, we may ask you to provide us with an account with access to your website so that we can help you fix the problem. Refunds only apply if the product cannot be used and we cannot help you fix the problem.

  • Not applicable to other services such as install theme & plugin, buying images on your behalf – ShutterStock and other suppliers, etc.

  • Not applicable to the exchanged product(s).
  • The product(s) must be refunded within 07 days from the date of order completion.
  • Only apply to product(s) that its price is $4 or more by PayPal transfer (no cash).
  • The price of the order at the time the customer made the payment is applied. Not apply to product(s) with original price (if discounted) or new price (if any) at the time of refunding product(s).
  • The paypal fee will not be refunded.
