By making a payment for an order or registering an account at Theme Group Buy, you agree to comply with the following rules, terms, and conditions:

 

1. GENERAL REGULATIONS

1.1. USAGE PERIOD

The products sold on Theme Group Buy have specific usage periods, as follows:

  • Usage period “1 year”: This is considered as 365 days.
  • Usage period “Lifetime”: This product is usable for the “lifetime” of the product. If the author or distributor of the product stops releasing it, the product may no longer function.
  • For other resources provided via Google Drive, the download period is “7 days”. These products do not require updates, so you need to download them within this time frame.

➤ Note: Theme Group Buy has the right to change or stop providing products and support before the end of the specified period if:

  • The product supplier stops providing or ceases selling the product.
  • The supplier changes the product’s lifecycle or usage period policy.
  • Or other factors related to the supplier that affect the usage period or product features.
  • For parsers, if the website’s structure changes, causing the parser to no longer function and cannot be fixed, Theme Group Buy reserves the right to stop support. This is an objective, unavoidable situation beyond our control, and we ask for your understanding in such cases.

The above-mentioned situation is an exceptional case beyond the control of Theme Group Buy. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

The usage period refers to the time during which you can download the product directly through your account on Theme Group Buy and the time during which you will receive updates. After the usage period ends, the product will still work as usual.

Once the usage period ends, you will no longer be able to download the product (including previously purchased older versions). Theme Group Buy does not store older versions of products, so you need to download and store them on your own storage device.

 

1.2. “FREQUENTLY BOUGHT TOGETHER” PACKAGE

Products purchased as part of a “Frequently Bought Together” package are offered at a special price to help customers save on costs. However, customers should note:

The Theme Group Buy system operates automatically, and some products frequently bought together will be displayed automatically. The price for these items is the default price for each product and DOES NOT include the License key, API, or any additional services related to the product.

 

1.3. LICENSE KEY, API, ETC. USE AND WARRANTY

Some products (WordPress themes/plugins) provided by Theme Group Buy come with a license key for use. Therefore, you need to comply with the following regulations:

  • Do not share or expose your license key, and only use it for personal purposes.
  • For all license key installation packages (which do not provide direct license keys), warranty will be provided for the committed period.
  • No warranty is offered for cases involving direct license keys as Theme Group Buy cannot control the use of your license key. You should carefully consider before purchasing and using a license key.
  • We do not install or provide any services for websites that violate the law.

Themes/plugins not listed under the “Licensed Keys” category will not provide (or install) a license key due to the manufacturer’s policy. However, you can still use the features of the theme/plugin normally (except for auto-update).

 

2. TERMS OF USE

  • Only use products purchased from Theme Group Buy for personal purposes.
  • You are not allowed to resell or share products from Theme Group Buy to protect the usage rights of yourself and other customers.
  • Sharing or using a shared account is prohibited to ensure the best customer support.
  • For WordPress themes and plugins, Theme Group Buy only provides the original document (if available) and does not provide technical support. Therefore, you should have sufficient expertise to use/install/configure the product. If you lack expertise and need technical support (not caused by product errors), we will charge a support fee.

 

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Before proceeding with payment and usage, you need to carefully read and agree to the above terms and conditions. You must:

Theme Group Buy reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. Any theme/plugin may be removed or replaced at any time according to the distribution policy. Theme Group Buy is not responsible for you or any third party if the product distribution conditions change.

Theme Group Buy reserves the right to terminate user accounts (including removing/deactivating license keys and all provided services or products) if any terms and conditions above are violated. Reselling or sharing products from Theme Group Buy (including sharing or selling access to your user account and files) is prohibited. Therefore, you should carefully consider the purpose of your purchase before proceeding, and Theme Group Buy will not comment/explain in case of disputes.
