If you have Elementor Pro- headers and footers may be customized under Theme Builder.
WooCommerceShop content is not included in kits. You will need to setup WooCommerce with your categories and at least 6 products before product content can be configured in templates.
When customizing pages using templates- locate the product widgets and set the Query to the product category or tag- or use a predefined query (recent- featured- on sale etc).
